- Higher education (tourism and hotel management is desirable)
- Experience in the relevant position (preferred)
- Knowledge of Opera PMS Software, Microsoft Windows computer programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command
