Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements.

Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgetsManage and coordinate suppliers and all event services (security, cleaning, catering, etc.)Manage all pre-event planning, logistics and event set-up, venue management to ensure venue is event ready.

Issue appropriate legal agreements for events in consultation with legal department.

Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and within budget.

Manage a team of staff, give full briefings for events of all scale.
