    YAZ Media is a leading strategic digital media agency based in Dubai, operating across four main departments: Marketing, Production, Web, and PR.

    We specialize in brand strategy, social media management, paid media, campaign strategy, creative execution, brand identity, and website & mobile app development.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Account Manager to join our team skilled in client relations.

    The ideal candidate knows Arabic and will excel in communication, manage various accounts, and creatively pitch ideas and proposals to our clients.

    This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and provide updates.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and industry to anticipate needs.
    • Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative ideas and strategies.
    • Present creative proposals and solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Gather feedback and refine proposals based on client input.
    • Create innovative ideas for social media campaigns and video projects, such as commercial advertisements. Ensure that each concept is aligned with the client's goals and brand identity.
    • Work closely with teams to define project objectives, create scripts, select locations, and finalize wardrobe. Ensure all logistics, such as casting and timelines, are clearly outlined and adhered to.
    • Lead the creative vision during shoots, managing the production team, directing talent, and ensuring that every shot aligns with the creative concept.
    • Collaborate with editors and postproduction teams to refine the final product. Provide feedback on editing, CGI integration, sound design, and color correction to ensure the final video aligns with the creative vision and client expectations.
    • Regularly present creative concepts to clients, pitch new ideas, and ensure that the final product meets their expectations. Align campaigns with the client's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Work with the marketing team to guide the creation of social media calendars, campaign strategies, and overall content direction. Ensure that all creative efforts support marketing goals and brand positioning.
    • Ensure that all creative work is consistently high quality, aligns with the brand's identity, and is delivered on time. Provide final approval on all deliverables to ensure they meet both client and internal standards.
    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
    • Agency background is preferred.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong clientfacing skills with the ability to pitch and present creative work.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
    • A Visual Proven experience in creative direction, especially in commercials, CGI
