Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Work collaboratively with senior architects to contribute to the development of design concepts for high-rise residential buildings.
• 3D Modeling: Utilize 3D design software to create detailed and visually appealing models of architectural projects.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and assist in presenting design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Engage in effective communication within the design team and with other project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated design approach.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
• Documentation: Assist in the preparation of design drawings, renderings, and other presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in 3D design, with a focus on high-rise residential building projects.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Creativity: Strong design sensibility and the ability to think creatively to solve architectural challenges.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and visual, to articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
