Freeline Maintenance and Cleaning Services L.L.C is seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager (Operations & Business Leadership)
to lead our expanding operations in Dubai.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader with strong operational expertise and proven experience in business growth within specialized cleaning services or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
• Lead and oversee daily operations across HVAC duct cleaning, kitchen duct cleaning, drain jetting, grease trap services, water tank cleaning, and other specialized services.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards and client expectations.
• Optimize field operations, scheduling, logistics, and quality assurance processes.
Sales & Business Growth
• Drive business development and expand market presence.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build strong client relationships and negotiate service contracts.
Team Leadership & HR Management
• Manage and lead a workforce of 70+ employees, including supervisors and technicians.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Financial & Operational Oversight
• Monitor operational cash flow, billing cycles, collections, and supplier payments.
• Control budgets, track expenses, and improve profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement cost-efficiency strategies.
Inventory, Quality & Compliance
• Oversee asset and inventory management systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Prepare KPI reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in operations within specialized cleaning services or a related field.
• Strong background in managing large operational teams.
• Proven experience in sales growth, operational planning, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
