Description

Manager Sales and Business Development - Aviation is responsible for revenue generation and management, leads sourcing, and complete supervision of the aviation field within the company portfolio including Sales, Business Development and Customer Support functions

  • Higher degree in marketing and sales, international business, preferably MSc/MBA.
  • A degree in Engineering discipline is advantageous.
  • 35 years of aviationrelated experience, commercial or business aviation, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Key Account Management
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Sell G-LUX capabilities and products by fulfilling target sales figures, maximizing company's revenue and enabling profitability.
  • Enhance leads generation and convert potential customers to current ones to keep consistent business load.
  • Manage the technical team and play a critical mediation role between the Customer and Technical team for the success of the project, orchestrating the entire sales and maintenance process.
  • Represent G-LUX at exhibitions, aviation shows, conferences.
  • Identify and capture various marketplace opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, cost calculations, contracts, quotations.
  • Accounts Receivables collection and cashflow management.
  • Prepare Company presentations, brochures and advertisement materials, and coordinate G-LUX social media campaigns and gotomarket strategy.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Commercial or Business Aviation Experience, preferably in Service / MRO / Interiors.
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends;
  • Ability to innovate and implement change successfully;
  • Knowledge of the Middle East / GCC marketplace with its specifics and market players.
  • Strong business acumen with phenomenal communication, negotiation and dealclosing skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of Sales and Business Development specifics, including seeking leads, contract closure, maintenance management, customer support and account receivables collection.
  • Ability to draft aviation contracts for the supply and sales of goods and services.
  • English fluent, Russian is an advantage.
  • Capability to work under stress and quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience in Management Reporting and Presentation design.
  • Multitasker with excellent timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish highvalue tasks under pressure

Business Developments: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
