Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and translating numbers into meaningful insights.
As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, and interpret datasets to help teams optimize performance, improve processes, and guide strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
- Collect and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
- Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze trends and patterns to generate actionable insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests
- Assist in identifying process improvements through data analysis
- Maintain documentation of data processes and reporting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
- Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
