    • Staying abreast of markettrends and competitors, enabling strategic positioning in ourproposals.
    • Ensuring all legal qualificationsand risk management directives are meticulously incorporated intobid documents.
    • Promptly submittingwell-considered proposals to the Risk Committee for review andapproval.
    • Meeting proposal deadlinesconsistently, maintaining our reputation for reliability andprofessionalism.
    • Crafting presentations forRisk Committee meetings, providing clear insights andrecommendations.
    • Active participation in RiskCommittee meetings, supporting the Capture Manager in deliveringimpactful presentations.
    • Providing guidance andsupport to junior team members as needed, fostering theirprofessional development and ensuring projectsuccess.

    Qualifications

    • MinimumBachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferablyArchitecture or Engineering).
    • Minimum 3-5 yearsof post-undergraduate education, with proven experience indelivering technical submissions on project in the MiddleEast.
    • Strong technical background withexpertise in architecture and engineering principles, projectmanagement methodologies, and construction industrypractices.
    • Demonstrated experience in preparingtechnical bid documentation, conducting scope analyses, anddeveloping innovative project deliverysolutions.
    • Excellent presentation skills withproficiency in graphic design tools and techniques to createvisually appealing and impactful bidpresentations.
