- MinimumBachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferablyArchitecture or Engineering).
- Minimum 3-5 yearsof post-undergraduate education, with proven experience indelivering technical submissions on project in the MiddleEast.
- Strong technical background withexpertise in architecture and engineering principles, projectmanagement methodologies, and construction industrypractices.
- Demonstrated experience in preparingtechnical bid documentation, conducting scope analyses, anddeveloping innovative project deliverysolutions.
- Excellent presentation skills withproficiency in graphic design tools and techniques to createvisually appealing and impactful bidpresentations.
