- Establish project plan andinitiate project mobilization by confirming project scope,estimate, resources, roles, andresponsibilities.
- Monitor and control executionof project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test andRelease
- Provide leadership and decision-makingsupport by establishing projectgovernance.
- Perform project reporting includingoverall performance of the program and project completiondocumentation.
- Lead efforts around work plans,schedules, project estimates, resource plans and statusreports.
- Lead the design, development, andimplementation of business perspective work plans to determine therequired tasks and resources (process, functional, etc.) forcomplex projects spanning multiple businessunits.
- Provide appropriate performance feedbackfor project team members.
- Manage the scopechange process and issue identification/resolution with allstakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate status tosenior leadership. Communicate and incorporate feedback fromcustomers.
- Craft and implement communicationplans requiring cultural change within theorganization.
- Identify and anticipate risks andissues. Facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriateescalation to senior management.
- Define qualitystandards and ensure compliance.
- Prepareproject completion documentation with project performance, lessonlearned.
- Ensure access to sensitive informationpertaining to the Bank, and ongoing and future projects aremaintained in strict confidence.
