    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Business Support Manager to join our team at Paper Chase International in Dubai, UAE. As a full-time on-site role, this position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling attendance and billing, and supporting staff members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage labor and visa processes, including renewals and new applications, to ensure seamless employee onboarding and compliance with regulations.
    • Process employee requests for leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, and other benefits in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain and update accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digitally and in hard copy format, to support administrative tasks and HR initiatives.
    • Oversee local staff and Emiratization initiatives to drive business growth and development.
    • Administer various insurances, including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage, to ensure comprehensive protection for employees and the company.

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Experience in office management and administration, preferably in the paper and/or recycling industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, as well as knowledge of SAP or similar Human Resource and Administrative systems. A competitive estimated annual salary of AED 120,000 - AED 150,000 is offered to the successful candidate, depending on experience and qualifications.
