Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions by taking vital signs and health history. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients while taking into consideration their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by doctors and as per practice guidelines. Monitor and adjust treatments as needed under the direction of a physician. Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures, such as X-Rays, CT scans, and MRI. Educate patients and families about care plans and potential risks associated with their treatment. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
