    Summary:
    The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties, like keeping track of employees records, engagements, feedback, and maintaining positive employee relations

    Responsibilities:

    • Performance Management:
    Create and assign monthly One-on-Ones/ performance coaching templates. Send performance reports to managers and individuals. Ensure everything is recorded properly in the system/ dashboard.


    • Employee Engagement & Feedback:
    Organize quarterly gathering for WFO. Organize twice a year gathering for WFH. Organize quarterly online engagement events with employees (chess, quizes, etc) Send quarterly employee experience feedback survey. Send monthly spotlight of the month reminder. Send monthly innovation award reminder. Create engagement initiatives through slack and donut meetings. Prepare presentation for monthly townhall.


    • HR Operations & administration:


    Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status, or new goverment regulations.

    Ensure availability of JDs on Engagedly and assigned to team members. Respond to employee inquries and be the point of contact on day to day operations. Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and initiate changes if required. Conduct manager satisfaction survey with 30/60/90 days of new hires. Send leaves reminder in the middle of the year for the team in WFO. Maintain good relation with existing and new Kaizeners. Ensure new joiners visa, medical all are completed under the right license.

    Ensure all data and files are recorded in Talent Management in Data Room Ensure all training are recorded and uploaded on Engagedly.

    Report on number of trainings per employee. Prepare monthly payroll. Ensure and report on attendance records. Assists with processing of terminations and warnings.


    • On/Off Boarding:
    Conduct employee happiness survey with our onboarding. Conduct and schedule onboarding plan for new joiners as per our onboarding policy. Conduct recorded exit interview for leavers. Submit and record onboarding checklist from hiring managers. Maintain and check on new joiners condition. Assign new joiner with their required equipment, grade, location etc.

    Requirements - Bachelor Degree- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources field.- English speaking skills- Tech Savy- Computer skills- Self motivation
