- Provide full support on daily basis in all marketing activities for hotel campaigns and projects.
- Complete assigned tasks within the pre-determined deadlines.
- Support the Marketing & Communications in managing quotes and coordinating approvals with various suppliers.

- Execute and periodically adjust the marketing plans.
- Ensure the CRM system is always up to date with all marketing campaigns and projects.
- Assist in preparing marketing activity plans as well as fully integrated marketing campaigns for all segments with relevant buy in from all stakeholders.
- Ensure the website is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content.
- Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the hotel.
- Ensure that Public Relations and Communications teams are involved in marketing campaigns, where applicable, to maximise audience reach.
- Improve ROI for all Rooms, Restaurants & Lifestyle as well as establish campaigns KPIs for success.
- Track productivity of each marketing activity planned and executed by the individual using the CRM system.
- Ensure that all collaterals and marketing materials adhere to the Jumeirah brand standards.
- Provide the required marketing support to the different departments within the Sales team including Corporate, GCC, and Groups Sales in addition to the PR team.
- Execute projects related to photography and arrange photo shoots in adherence to brand Photography Style Guidelines.
- Implement and manage the process of Marketing Services Request Forms as per the departmental standard and process these requests to get back to the stakeholders as per agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and drive proactive social media updates.
- Ensure the brand promise of STAY DIFFERENT comes across in all marketing projects and Ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities done by the hotels in the competitive set.
- Adhere to the procurement process in the standard set out by the department and manage marketing investment based on budget and forecasts .
- Assisting with managing the company's media monitoring and evaluation service , processing internal requests for cuttings and information; ensuring databases are maintained; and optimising search results through accurate use of keywords
- Managing monthly reports from International Agencies, liaising between agencies to ensure all coverage is accounted for
- Supporting in the implementation of the annual PR plan for the GCC, MENA & International markets designed to achieve the stated commercial objectives for the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, including but not limited to traditional, online and broadcast media/influencer relations; messaging delivering and story placements; events and trade shows; media fam visits, etc.
- Assisting in Leading Jumeirah's brand communications in the GCC. MENA markets & Global Markets, positioning as a leading city hotel and supporting development and implementation of specific campaigns.
- The position also manages the company's print and online media monitoring agency, ensuring the operation of a professional monitoring service that provides intelligence on the performance of the Company's PR activities, both by colleagues and International Agencies
- Management of Jumeirah Brand press office with a focus on UAE and GCC as well as providing support to international agencies with regards to information and image requests.
- Developing and enhancing relationships with key print, broadcast and online media in the UAE and GCC, ensuring Jumeirah Creekside hotel remain top-of-mind with media, creating a constant flow of opportunities to promote the company and hotels via the region's media
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to information, visit, partnership and other requests from the media
- Supporting in developing and managing an Influencer program for the markets, building and leveraging relationships to create advocacy and third-party content
- Implementation of social media strategy and effective management of all social media channels through social calendar
- Monitoring of channels and responding to direct messages and queries
- Thorough analysis of reports and continuous optimization
- Support in the management of sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Responsible for assisting on the creative delivery and planning of tactical promotions in their entirety
- Support in the management of sponsorship and partnership opportunities, with market-relevant brands that result in the creation of content and/or access to new communication channels and/or the enhancement of guest experiences
- Project manage specific Group sponsorship activities
- Provide support to the Brand Communications team in the creation and delivery of campaigns
- Supports and manages coordination of Brand communications activities for trade shows, corporate (media) functions, road shows, events, etc.
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent. (Essential)
- Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification
- At least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization
- Excellent Marketing skills and proven Operational experience in Front office, Food & Beverage or related service industry.
- Strong communicator across a variety of platforms and on all levels.
- Good eye for creativity and detail, and interest in finding new ways.
- Understanding of different Restaurants & Bars concepts and brands.
- Market research capabilities for competitor reviews and checks.
- Outstanding English skills in written and verbal language.
- Dynamic and confident individual.
- Strong attention to detail and the production of high quality work.
