  • Direct management of the maintenance team in the department, responsibility for the professionalism of the team, including:_
- participation in the preparation of the training program, leading the program and assimilating professional standards._

  • Building an annual maintenance and investment budget._
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of renovation and annual maintenance of the production lines in collaboration with the maintenance engineer._
  • Daily analysis of fracture failures, and creation of a preventive maintenance plan following the conclusions from the analysis._

_ Job Experience:

_:

  • Responsibility for the construction and implementation of preventive maintenance plans._
  • Responsibility for the availability of spare parts inventory in accordance with the needs of the line and the manufacturer's recommendations._
  • Management experience in a similar job in an industrial plant. _
  • Manufacturing plant recognition advantage of industrial mechanisation English at a good level Planning ability_
