Visiting suppliers locally to find products.
Create a positive relationship with suppliers.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Negotiating price, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Holding the supplier to quality and compliance requirements as administered by internal compliance team.
Audit qualification and management of new suppliers.
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
Efficiently categorize and keep track of inventory.
Prerequisites.
Must have previous buying experience.
Must have a passion for the kids space.
Must be a trend spotter.
