Focus maximum concentration on health and safety standards for guests and colleagues due to the nature of the area and services provided.

Develops, recommends, implements and manages the Recreation annual budget, business / marketing plan, forecasts and manning guide in line with hotel's objectives.

Knows the business with its competition and customer trends, new products, and legislation.
Identifies, communicates and implements potential new revenue opportunities.

Is highly visible and interacts with guests on a daily basis to obtain feedback and to build long term relationships.

Ensures performance management for the team is implemented.
Experience And QualificationsMinimum 4 to 5 years' Sports & Leisure experience in a 5-star luxury hotels and resortsGraduate degree.

Strong leadership skills.
Strong management reporting skills.
Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)Strong in Microsoft Office Applications
