    An exciting new rolehas come up from a prominent organization in Abu Dhabi and they arelooking for a Facilities SystemsCoordinator/Project Coordinator Facilities Management.This role willcoordinate with the Business Units to identify the operationalrequirements to select the best vendors for the execution ofprojects and day to day operations ensure that all the needs aredelivered on time within scope and within budget. This role willensure that projects are delivered within the approved internalguidelines to produce the desired results.

    In this role you will have thefollowing responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daytodayoperations of facilities including maintenance security andcleanliness.
    • Coordinate and scheduleroutine maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of allsystems and equipment.
    • Manage vendorrelationships and contracts related to facilityservices.
    • Ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulations implementing policies to create asafe working environment.
    • Conductregular safety inspections and risk assessments addressing anyissues promptly.
    • Coordinate andoptimize the utilization of office space considering the needs ofvarious departments.
    • Collaboratewith relevant stakeholders to plan and execute office layoutchanges as needed.
    • Assist in thedevelopment and management of the facility servicesbudget.
    • Monitor expenses identifycostsaving opportunities and ensure efficient resourceallocation.
    • Develop and maintainemergency response plans andprocedures.
    • Conduct regular drillsand training sessions to ensure staff is prepared for emergencysituations.
    • Develops establishes andcontrols the methods procedures and systems to facilitiesutilization and management for any type of space management staffmoves or shifts and furniture and equipment related matters withinthe building by coordinating with the business units IT andinternal or externalparties.
    • Develop and coordinateplans for facilities projects schedules work projects monitors workin progress inspects finished projects and evaluates projectperformance.
    • Liaise with internaldepartments and external partners to address facilityrelatedissues.
    • Communicate effectively withemployees and management regarding facility updates andchanges.
    • Maintain accurate recordsof facilityrelated activities including maintenance logs andservice contracts.
    • Generate regularreports on facility performance and areas forimprovement.
    • Capable of delegationand acting as backup for the line manager for all related duties asassigned by linemanager.


    Requirements

    Tobe considered you have to meet the followingcriteria.

    • Bachelors degree inManagement Business Administration Project Management or a relatedfield.
    • Proven 58 years of experiencein facility management or a relatedrole.
    • At least 5 years of experiencein UAE.
    • Knowledge of UAE regulationsand standards related to facilityoperations.
    • Knowledge of budgetarypractices and principles.
    • Knowledgeof space utilization and facilitiesmanagement.
    • Knowledge of supervisorypractices and principle
    • Proficientin MS Office and facility managementsoftware.
