Company Formation Advisor/Specialist

We are seeking a professional Company Formation Advisor/Specialist well-versed in Business Consulting and Business Setup/Company Incorporation for our Abu Dhabi Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Company Incorporation in Abu Dhabi and other UAE jurisdictions
  • Liaise with relevant Authorities, Government Departments, and Free Zone Authorities
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally, nurture client relationships through effective sales conversations
  • Assist clients in choosing the optimal Zone/Emirate for their UAE operations
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding Client and Company documents
  • Provide guidance on Economic Substance Regulations, VAT, UBO, and other regulations
  • Manage PRO work and visa procedures knowledgeably
  • Prepare and process legal documents accurately in government agencies
  • Represent the company at various offices when required
  • Promptly handle general inquiries on PRO functions
  • Hold a valid UAE Driving License
  • Demonstrate proficiency in UAE Labor Law
  • Possess substantial experience in business setup/company formation in UAE
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills

Note:

Preference for candidates located in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate, available for an immediate start.

Salary:

AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
