    · Develop a needs assessmentprocess & create an instructional design process withappropriate delivery methods and post-trainingevaluations.

    · Determine and maintainthe knowledge necessary for the operation of ADVETI processes andassess the competence of staff that affects the performance and thequality systems.

    · Ensure that staffare competent on the basis of appropriate education, training andexperience.

    · Recommend solutions forperformance issues and potential areas oftraining.

    · Conduct training needsassessments and propose methods to close the performancegaps.

    · Oversee the complete trainingcycle.

    · Provide Support to and Advisemanagers new ways to resolve performance issues using theorganization's performance managementtools.

    ·Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices andprocesses to improve the efficiency of training servicesoffered.

    · Supervising the developmentof UAE National recruits in accordance with the approved work plansand mechanisms
