Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist with training and development of team membersAssist with annual appraisals with team membersComply with fire regulations, and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareResolve customer complaints in a professional mannerReview customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer serviceAssist wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsMonitor inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
