The Role


Position Title:
SEN - Teacher with SENCO

Qualification Employment Type:
Full-time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

  • To plan and organize activities and opportunities to extend learning.
  • To produce accurate and effective observations to assess the child's progress and the effectiveness of the learning environment.
  • To support the development of the children through the early year's framework.
  • To manage the children's behaviour and routines in line with the settings policies and procedures.
  • Help to determine the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the nursery
  • Have day-to-day responsibility for:
  • Implementing SEN policy
  • Co-ordinating any specific provisions for individual pupils with SEN, including those with education, health, and care (EHC) plans
  • Advise staff about SEN strategy and provision
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and special needs institution
  • Provide developmental reports on weekly and monthly bases

Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Female, 35 years old and below
  • Must have a Certificate in childcare (CACHE 3) or Bachelor's Degree in Education
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Must have a Certificate of Special Education Need
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
