AG Resources is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our reputable client in Dubai.

Location:
Dubai


Duration: 6 months' contract extendable

  • Assist senior administrators to Provide efficient and effective support and administration services to the Department.
  • Support and assist Organization estimation and contract team in all communications with vendors, including required followups and consequent liaising with other concerned Organization departments.
  • Assist the team to efficiently log all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondence, design information, contract document, etc. and circulate for obtaining further approvals as per DOA.
  • Secure and maintain confidentiality of important documents at all times.
  • Assist estimation team in maintaining Organization cost data for 'Benchmarking and cost analyses and related databases uptodate as per department guidelines.
  • Support the Department/ Division in ensuring full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, Processes, and procedures.
  • Undertake any other related tasks allocated by the department head.

Experience:


  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in same field.
  • Currently or previously worked in developer, consultant or contractor within Construction industry is a must.

Qualification:


  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field. Administration / Document control
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Word and Excel
  • Previously experience in Aconex
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field
