***Nestlé is looking for someone to optimize and develop core business planning and tracking solutions across MENA sales function to deliver improvement in ways of working and efficiencies at speed and scale. To digitalize business processes and develop solutions in the different sales related areas aiming to increase the velocity of decision making, improve efficiency and reduce cost and time.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Design, implement & leverage Global and local solution to support internally decision making and reduce waste

Projects example:
MIDAS, CIM, SRE etc.

  • Lead on the sales digitization journey and development of business analytics reporting to deliver best in class insight.
  • Train End Users on the new solutions, processes, gathering feedback and monitoring performance to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Cross Functional Solutions: identify experience, design and construct cross functional solutions that meet business requirements and support the Business Partner capability.
  • Drive development and support of Business analytics reporting including specifications, testing and end user training.
  • Custodian of GD system \ tools, and Ensure compliance to GLOBE requirements for Commercial Systems.
  • Lead and leverage on super user network in the countries ensuring effective implementation of the Globe best practices and tools.

What will make you successful

  • University Degree: B.A in MIS or Data Science.
  • FMCG background preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in same field with cross functional experience.
  • Proficiency in English and language of the market (where appl.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage for results, motivate indirect team.
  • Sales and/or regional project management experience.
  • Very well understanding of all sales functions and how they interact i.e. CDT, Customer, Field sales.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change.

Technical Skills:


  • Analytical & problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Experience in database design
    , SQL
    , SSIS &
  • Advance office 365 exp.
  • Knowledge in R, Python or ML/AI is a plus.
