- Lead formulation of Paid App Marketing/ Social ads strategies for MENA, including identifying key target customer segments, competitive environment, our program's strengths and areas to invest for future innovations
- Manage app marketing budget and portfolio strategy to deliver target new app visitors, customers; continuously test new partners, campaign types to increase reach and efficiency of the paid app programs
- Demonstrate ability to think big, innovate to drive growth and improve measurement capabilities on app and social ads
- Deliver results at the tactical level (managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns/offers, analyzing data, solving problems, optimizing and scale marketing programs)
- Provide actionable insights on app marketing KPIs and performance reporting via weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
- Collaborate with other functional teams to identify and execute new app and social media initiatives
- Own and influence product enhancements with local/ WW tech teams to improve customer experience
- Engage with WW counterparts to establish a unified Amazon vision for paid app marketing and social ads, benchmark program effectiveness and implement best practices
- 5+ years of marketing/ product experience in ecommerce
- Deep knowledge and experience in app marketing and measurement
- Passion for quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable plans
- Demonstrated skills in effectively managing complex processes with multiple business owners
- Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams
- Strong verbal and business writing skills with extreme attention to detail for reviews and plans
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required
