Football Coach

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage both the afterschool and weekend football academy programs.
  • Oversee the extracurriculum football program during school hours.
  • Design and implement training sessions to enhance players' skills, techniques, and fitness levels.
  • Identify and nurture young talent, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and training.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivational environment for all players.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during training and match situations.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school management.
  • Organize and participate in matches, tournaments, and other related events.
  • Collaborate with other coaches, stakeholders, and the management team to continuously improve the quality of our programs.
  • Attend coaching courses, workshops, and seminars to keep uptodate with the latest coaching techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Recognized coaching qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience coaching children and youth.
  • Strong knowledge of football techniques, training methods, and youth development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be adaptable, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Clean criminal record check.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary:
  • Visa and residency provided upon successful completion of probation.
  • Limited transport support provided.
  • Accommodation is provided for this role.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
