- Ensure relevant & error-free delivery of various management reports within the timelines.
- Work closely with Manager for designing and developing comprehensive analytical packs for Assets, Liabilities business for higher management and review them monthly with the stakeholders to measure the sales and overall portfolio growth.
- Provide regular feedback to management on the performance of the various Assets & Liability products.
- Prepare daily dashboards for leadership team to understand the portfolio movement and daily sales achievements against the budget.
- Support Products team with Assets & Liability ad-hoc data and analysis requirements as needed.
- Supports business heads and their teams with all BI needs.
- Analyze Liability Book trends and inform the senior manager regarding any opportunities or anomalies.
- Maintain & develop various Dashboards to reduce manual efforts & to ensure accuracy & timely delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports (Sales, Portfolio & Financials).
- Coordinate & work closely with the leadership team to deliver up to their requirements
- Generate data for analytics purposes related to all aspects of the Assets & Liability business.
- Follow data generation procedures diligently from an audit perspective.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Contributing to the development of data strategies and best practices for the organization.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on data management and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- University Degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 1- 3 years of experience in the Banking industry with at least 2 years' experience in sales analytics.
- Knowledge of banking processes, retail & business banking products, sales KPIs
- Communication & Inter-personal skills

- Strong coding skills on VBA Excel Macros/MS-Office/SQL/Python/Crystal Reports/SAS
- Strong knowledge of tools like Power BI, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel
