    Keyrequirementsinclude:

    • Reportingto employer and performing secretarial and administrativeduties
    • Typing,formatting, and editing reports, documents, andpresentations
    • Enteringdata, maintaining databases, and keepingrecords
    • Liaisingwith internal departments and answeringcalls
    • Scheduling appointments,maintaining an events calendar, and sendingreminders
    • Copying,scanning, and faxing documents, as well as takingnotes
    • Preparingfacilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, ifrequired
    • Orderingoffice supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail andcourierservices
    • Managing utilities expenses,bills, cheques, book keeping and operation fees in businessusage
    • Preparinginvoices, payment collection, prepare receipts and follow up withclients
    • Managingand design business
    • Speak goodEnglish, Malay andMandarin
