Description
Handle all IT daily tasks (servers -computers-maintenance -update hardware-Backups).

  • Manage G Suite / Mail exchange operations.
  • Handle and development of AWS Infrastructure.
  • Web Development Operation and Updates.
  • Managing Firewall and infrastructure updates.
  • Development and handle technical Website operations
  • Manage VPN connection and software between JAWH and the Main office.
  • Manage VPN connection and software between Alnashama and the Main office.
  • Handling more than 20 domains and their renewal dates.
  • Provide remote support for warehouses and HQ
  • Handling updates and development of online active servers
  • Prepare designs as required by The Group
  • Help all team members with finding or preparing tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Installation and managing camera systems.
  • Fix hardware as required internally to save cost.
  • Managing attendance system and reporting.
  • Delivery and drop documents between the legacy building and HQ.
  • Managing the relationship between the company and thirdparty vendors.
  • Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
  • Prepare costbenefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they're offering the bestpossible service and value for business needs.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
