    Theincumbent will play a key role in understanding the needs of thebusiness and helping to match it to opportunities for growth. .Ownership of the recruitment process (intake calls job postingcandidate interview assessments and hiring) across all specialtysegments within ITP Media Group (Sales Corporate TechnologyProduction andEditorial).

    TheTA Specialist position suits someone who s passionate about peopleforwardthinking and always aiming for enhancements and efficiency.The incumbent would be responsible for effectively partnering withhiring managers to execute recruiting strategies in direct supportof business objectives taking the lead from the Talent AcquisitionManager.

    Requirements

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

    TheTalent Acquisition Specialist will primarily be responsible for butnot limited to thefollowing:

    ActivitiesandDelivery
    • Attractingand selecting future employees is a big part of what we do in thetalent team. You start your day by screening candidate applicationsarranging interviews and liaising with our colleagues in the KSAUAE and across the other countries in ourmarket.
    • Recommendand assist with the delivery of activities that s aligned to therecruitingstrategies
    • Determineselection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managersTalent AcquisitionManager
    • Sourceapplicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and otherprofessionalnetworks
    • Createand convert (where applicable) job descriptions and interviewquestions that reflect the requirements for eachposition
    • Identifyand refine down the most suitable talent from availablecandidates
    • Planinterview and selection procedures including screening callsassessments and inperson interviews ifpossible
    • Assesscandidates information including C.Vs. portfolios andreferences
    • Respondtimely to internal and external applicant situations and applicantrequests asrequired

    Coordination
    • Assistin the creation implementation and facilitation of ITP Media Groups current and existing vacancies in in all territories that isaligned with the company goals and strategicplan
    • Coordinateand followup on all Talent Acquisitionactivities
    • Maintainactive monitoring and followup through ongoing Talent Acquisitionprocess
    • Providesupport to all Hiring Managers and candidates as required
    • Coordinatewith hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areasanddepartments
    • Workon all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensurefairness in hiringpractices
    • Providefeedback to management about details regardingapplications

    TrackingandReporting

    • Monitorand track Talent Acquisition activities by maintaining accurateupdated records of candidates information and adashboard
    • Keeprecords of all materials used for recruitment including interviewnotes and related paperwork to share with keystakeholders
    • Conductregular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness ofrecruitingefforts
    • Meetwith Human Resources to have a fullscale understanding of hiringneeds and available positions within thecompany

    NetworkandResearch

    • Striveto expand our offerings by researching new sources to recruit andspeaking to potential candidates to build a pipeline for futureroles.
    • Researchand recommend recruiting tools and portals that aligns with the HR& TAstrategy
    • Conductan analysis and recommend graduate programs based on market bestpractice
    • Researchand recommend effective processes and tools for Talent Acquisitionevaluation andreporting
    • Activelyinitiate relationships and partnerships with industry associationsrelated to the mediaindustry
    • Organizeand attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strongcandidatepipeline
    • Assistwith general support for Human Resources (including talentacquisition and operational HR) and participate and assist in otherprojects asrequired

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EXPERIENCE
    • 13years of fulltime workexperience


    Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills.
