MEP Technical Manager


Role Description:


Provide technical support and Leading MEP Engineering team to meet company's & projects' requirements for detailed technical investigation, design, and optimization is secured and that proper liaison is maintained with Civil / Statutory authorities, and that all necessary documentation and drawings are produced for Main/Civil contractor.


Responsibilities:


  • 1) To generate layouts and detailed MEP drawings in accordance with project specifications.
  • 2) Supervise & lead the Drafting team by managing their time and by crosschecking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
  • 3) Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to execution & handover.
  • 4) Provide shop drawings & As-Built drawings.
  • 5) Prepare & maintain detailed Logs for the Design, Shop & As-Built drawings.
  • 6) Be a strong team player and be able to interact well with other staff and vendor partners.
  • 7) Strong interaction with PMs, Coordinators & Project Engineers for MEP drawings, RFIs, Material submittals etc.
  • 8) Attending site meetings to discuss projects, engineering requirements etc.
  • 9) Excellent coordination with Civil Technical Manager, Consultant, Architect etc.
