Description

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Head of Digital to join a renowned media group based in Dubai.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing digital vision and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Setting strategic department objectives and plans

Oversee digital projects ensuring profitability

Spearhead innovative digital technologies across the company

Establish and manage partnerships with vendors

Handle and control negotiations with suppliers

Work with Finance department to prepare the yearly budget

Provide reporting on revenue & expenditure of the Digital Department

HR - oversee all digital recruitment, performance reviews, training etc.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must have senior management experience (GM, VP, Director level)

Experience from a multinational ideally from Media industry

Must have deep knowledge and experience delivering across digital

Will have experience in monetizing online content

Must speak Arabic and have experience working across MENA
