BSI Lifestyle is a British luxury concierge company with many years of experience in the bespoke luxury travel and lifestyle industry.

Job description:

As a Lifestyle Manager at BSI Lifestyle, you will actively communicate daily with a select group of clients, helping with their leisure/business trips and lifestyle arrangements.

You will be firmly set on understanding the preferences of each client.

Responsibilities:

Information support 24/
Processing of daily requests received from clients.
Solving any issues during clients' trips if any arise.
Setting tasks for the operations department to fulfill clients' requests.
Control on receipts of payments from clients.

Primary requirements:

Experience in the travel segment, hospitality, concierge services or personal assistance.
Understanding of highdemand customers' lifestyles, expectations, needs and preferences.
Ability to independently prioritize work, observe and make decisions in stressful situations.
Ability to respond quickly and address new requirements and processes.
High emotional intelligence.
Passion for travel, culture and luxury lifestyle.
Ability and desire to work within the framework of mutual assistance.
Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level and above.
Proficiency in Russian at the Upper Intermediate level and above.
Knowledge of other languages and business ethics will be an advantage.

Terms:

Work schedule Mon-Fri from 10 to 19 (availability for customers after hours, if necessary).
Monthly salary based on interview results.
Ability to work remotely.
