    Description

    Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a newly established Abu Dhabi-based global services platform operating across multiple regions.

    This executive mandate will shape the financial strategy, governance architecture, and treasury framework of a rapidly scaling international organisation.

    The CFO will be instrumental in building the financial foundations of the business, ensuring robust oversight, regulatory alignment, and long-term sustainability in a complex multi-jurisdictional environment.

    The RoleDesign and implement the global finance operating model across multiple jurisdictionsEstablish and lead group consolidation across several legal entities and regionsDevelop and oversee treasury strategy including multi-currency management, FX exposure monitoring, and hedging frameworksImplement liquidity planning and cross-border fund management structuresBuild robust internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks across all marketsLead global budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processesOversee tax structuring, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting requirements in various jurisdictionsLead ERP selection, implementation, and integration across entitiesEstablish banking relationships and manage funding structures where requiredBuild and scale regional finance teams aligned with international expansionAct as strategic financial advisor to executive leadership and Board stakeholdersCandidate ProfileProven experience in a senior finance leadership capacity within a multi-entity, multi-country organisationDemonstrated exposure to high-volume transaction environments (e.g., retail, travel, consumer services, distribution, payments, or similar)Strong expertise in multi-currency treasury management and FX risk mitigationExperience leading complex group consolidation across multiple jurisdictionsTrack record of building, transforming, or scaling finance functions in dynamic operating environmentsStrong technical grounding in IFRS and international financial reporting standardsExperience operating within regulated or compliance-driven environments preferredStrong leadership presence with experience building and developing high-performing teamsCommercially astute, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a newly established structureThe OpportunityFounding CFO position within a globally expanding platformHigh strategic visibility and direct engagement with executive leadershipOpportunity to design and shape the long-term financial architecture of an international organisation
