• Updating the Site progress
• Updating the Engineering and procurement in detailed activity wise.
• Providing Programmes for subcontract scope of works
• Billing progress % Invoices for Subcontractors
• Progress monitoring
• Planning Reports
• Forecast of material and resources
• Involving in Planning related documentation works as required.
• Upcoming RFQs / Change Orders
• Subcontractor Earned Value reporting from Cost loaded schedule.
• Re-sequence of activities as per Updates in Primavera P6 in discussion with construction and engineering departments
• Fixing out of Sequence activities
• Daily report update compliance as per programme update
  
  

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min 10 years experience as a Planning Engineer
• Good experience in building projects (high-rise, residential)
• Should have experience in contractor and consultancy.
• Should be civil engineer or civil diploma holder.
• Proficient in Primavera 6 software
• Proficiency in MS Office.
