Roles +
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and scripts for video projects
Produce highquality video content, including corporate videos, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, event coverage, and social media content
Develop and execute visual brand identity guidelines that are consistent with the company's brand and style
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, design concepts, and content ideas that support marketing campaigns
Work closely with other team members to ensure that visual and written content are aligned and integrated
Manage the production of visual content from concept to completion, including sourcing imagery and managing vendors as necessary
Optimize graphics for various digital and print platforms and ensure that content is optimized for search engines and user experience
Stay current on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our visual content is innovative and effective
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, videography/photography or a related field
35 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and innovation
Passionate about photo/videography
Previous experience in the B2B environment
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and design standards
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Familiarity with subsea technology and the oil and gas industry is a strong plus
