- Contribute to achieve regional sales targets in accordance with the account management plan or execution plan and increase Samsung's in-house share year on year
- Provide direction to the subsidiaries' online and product teams and secure operations of CoE functions across commercials, marketing/content, analytics, marketplace management
- Execute the overall strategy for pure-players ( sales programs, promotional activities, sales incentives...) with a view to achieve Samsung volumes, revenues and in-house market share as defined in the JBP and in line with the management plan
- Develop strategy for new product launches in collaboration with product, marketing and advertising teams
- Maintain up-to-date business, operations, and performance dashboards to provide in-depth visibility and understanding of the online channel's current and future needs and translate them into sales opportunities
- Build sustainable product and pricing strategies to drive full product portfolio and grow focus sub categories
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously maintaining visibility with all key stakeholders through detailed update meetings/reports/dashboards on a weekly level or as needed
- Plan and manage promotional calendar to build and execute cross divisional campaigns to maximize sellout
- Plan, develop, and rollout new commercial promotions and propositions to consistently drive sellout momentum
- Transform current market challenges into opportunities for online business lead negotiation with product teams
- Track and manage sell-in, sellout, WOS, OOS, ageing inventory, and provide necessary analysis and drive markets with action plans to achieve targets
- Track and monitor key performance indicators to identify gaps then set and deliver action plans with markets key stakeholders and follow through with execution recommendations to positively impact sales performance
- Collaborate closely with content team & 3rd party partners to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates and ensure brand guidelines and standards are met across the different channels
- Manage HQ counterparts and attain and deliver best practices improving MENA markets' execution
- Drive actionable insights (through web analytics and competitive landscape benchmarking) to improve user experience and platform capabilities
- Manage the execution of Samsung's digital experience on pure-players and e-retailers including digital shelf merchandising, product search, campaigns and content optimization
- Support Pure-Players with unlocking new sellout features through negotiation of cross-divisional regional JBPs
- Bachelor/Master degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience within a fast-growing eCommerce environment
- Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and advanced user of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in building clear and concise presentations to be used with C-Level Management
- Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data-based insights on a weekly basis
- Solid experience in directly managing the regions key pure-players
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, commercial and technical skills
- Conceptual, strategic and must embrace being an owner and getting involved in the details of the business
- Must possess interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive people relationships
- Comfortable in a collaborative environment; flexible and open to ideas from all areas and levels of the organization
- Ability to multitask efficiently, while being well organized and maintain high attention to detail
- High level of commitment and organization skills for handling high visibility projects efficiently without missing milestone delivery to top management
- Excellent time management to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
- Ability to operate comfortably and optimally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
- Experience as a category sales manager in the digital space with strong sales acumen
- Comfortable interpreting sales and web traffic data and deriving actionable insights
- Strong understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices
- Possess an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
