- Bachelor's degree required;Advanced degree is preferred;
- Minimum 5 yearsof relevant experience as a commercial or contract manager withexposure to complex deals;
- Solid experiencemanaging complex commercial issues and understanding maincommercial principles;
- Demonstrated ability tocollaborate and communicate effectively with internal and externalexecutives and be capable of contributing and influencing keycommercial and contractingdecisions;
- Understanding of general commercialcontracting regulations and principles and subcontractingpractices;
- Strong time management,prioritization, and organizationalskills;
- Demonstrate good oral and writtencommunication skills and an ability to provide appropriateadvice;
