Description

We are looking for a Revenue and Reservation Manager to manage and optimize the revenue operations process.

You will be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

Requirements and skills

45 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills
Broad knowledge of the hotel industry
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems
Prologic Software Knowledge
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements, etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Hotel Industry: 5 years (required)
Prologic Software: 4 years (required)
Revenue Manager: 5 years (required)
