Description

• Liaise closely with internal customers to conduct requirements analysis and problem-solving
• Develop D365 solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI to develop and deploy solutions that support business processes and workflows across all departments
• Analyse existing IT systems and business processes, create data models and map / document interfaces between legacy and new systems
• Identify options for potential solutions, assess technical and business feasibility and suitability.
• Prepare proposals and highly specified project briefs for modified or replacement systems
• Be a proactive member of agile development teams, play an active role in helping meet project deadlines and understand the software development lifecycles and roadmap within the business
• Work closely with other internal or external solutions architects, programmers, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure business objectives are achieved
• Create, supervise and document testing schedules and UAT programmes
• Participate in and support the continuous improvement of development processes
• Support users by creating documentation, training materials and supporting change control / management
• Ensure that agreed development deadlines are met
• Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.

• Business / systems analysis and relational database design skills.
• Experience building Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions using:
• Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• SharePoint Online
• Experience in developing customised solutions for Sales and Service using Dynamics CRM platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
• Preferably to be certified (have studied) in a related Microsoft certifications such MB200, MB400, PL200, PL400 (D365 / Power Platform Developer)
• Experience with Visual Studio and Github for source control.
• Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS
• Experience with front end web frameworks , React, Angular).
• Experience with other relevant frameworks / languages (eg Entity Framework,.Net, C#, Laravel, PHP)
• Experience with SQL Server administration / development skills (SQL Analysis Services, SSRS, SSIS etc).

• Highly organised individual with excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Must be motivated, independent and selfsufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with mínimal supervision.
• Personable team player with 'cando attitude' and ability to plan and work flexibly to tight deadlines
• Good customer facing, interpersonal and interview skills with excellent written and verbal communication
