    -Missions:

    Raliser en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs deprojets des tudes qualitatives permettant detester la r action d utilisateurs internes ou externes face leurexp rience sur des produits existants ou en d veloppement;

    Constituer, sibesoin, des cahiers des charges destination deprestataires charg s d tudier les comportements et les perceptionsdes clients : d finir les cibles approcher, les attendus de l enqute, les modes et d lais de restitution;

    Animerles enqu tes terrains ou les contr ler lorsquils sont sous-trait s;

    Analyserles donn es collect es sous l angle des attentesclients, des l ments de satisfaction, d insatisfactions li es desexp riences v cues ou test es;

    Assurerdes benchmarks et r aliser de la veilleconcurrentielle pour mettre en avant de bonnes pratiqueset tudier les processus et exp riencesutilisateurs d velopp s par la concurrence;

    Analyserles remont es faites sur Internet, notamment parles clients et les assurer sur les services rendus, leur efficacit, leur qualit;

    Raliser, en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs deprojets, les maquettes de l interface virtuelle(wireframe) pour structurer l information des produits;

    Concevoir etprototyper les crans des solutionsfonctionnelleset parcoursutilisateurs r pondant au mieux aux attentes des clientsen termes de fluidit , simplicit et facilit d acc s quels quesoient les types de support (ordinateurs, tablettes, portables ),et de canaux de communication/distribution (T l phone, Internet,Points physiques, );

    Formerles quipes fonctionnelles et techniques sur lesstandard mondiaux et pratiques internes garantissant le dveloppement de produits logiciels appr ci s par les utilisateurs;

    Dfinir des indicateurs de performance qualit (Questionnaire de satisfaction entre autres, Customer feed-back, )et commerciale (Analyse de flux en lien avec lesTrafic managers parexemple).
