IELTS Training:
Conduct comprehensive IELTS training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on all modules including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Develop customized lesson plans to cater to varying proficiency levels and learning styles.

Sales Training:

Utilize sales expertise to train and mentor sales teams, imparting effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer engagement methods.

Assist in refining sales pitches and presentations to enhance conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

Team Management:
Demonstrate experience in team handling by providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment conducive to productivity and professional growth.

Immigration Industry Knowledge:
Leverage expertise in the Canada and Australia immigration industry to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients. Stay updated on relevant immigration policies, procedures, and requirements to offer accurate and up-to-date information.

Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of new products and services tailored to the needs of clients seeking immigration assistance.

Utilize sales analytical skills to identify market trends, assess product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Sales Analytics:

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, assess sales performance, and develop strategies to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications:

Certified IELTS Trainer with demonstrated experience in conducting IELTS training sessions.

Proven track record of success in sales, with a target-oriented approach and a history of achieving sales goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate teams.

Experience in team management, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

In-depth knowledge of the Canada and Australia immigration industry, including policies, procedures, and requirements.
