• Lead the Regional FinancialPlanning, Analysis and Reporting; supports Regional FinanceDirector to provide information, data, analysis, and insights toresult in data-driven, profit-increasingdecisions.
• Actively partners with RegionalFinance Director to support financial and capitalbudgeting/forecasting and other high valueanalysis.
• Supports, creates, and deliversenhanced management reports / dashboards that allow businesspartners to better understand their business and make informeddecisions.
• Works closely with the RegionalFinance Director to provide senior executive management withregular feedback and communication with respect to variationsbetween plan and actuals, including the projected impact to futureresults, and communicates regularly with senior managementthroughout the reporting cycle, providing timely updates, expertanalysis, and responses to inquiries.
• Providessubstantive analytical support to the wider team as part of themonthly and quarterly earnings cycle, including helping executivesunderstand trends and anomalies in the businessresults.
• Partners closely with counterparts inEurope, North America and Asia, under the direction of the GlobalHead, FP&A and Reporting, to help push forward bestpractices and support special projects.
• Helpsdevelop overall long-term strategic plans requiring in-depthknowledge of the company, competitive landscape, trends, andeconomic and social implications of organizationalactivities.

RoleRequirements

• Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration oralternative workplace experience required, with 8+ years in aFinancial-related field.
• Progressive experiencewithin a complex, global, multi-entityorganisation.
• Professional services experience,with background in commercial financepreferred.
• Fluent in English andArabic.
• Preference given to candidates alreadybased in Dubai with strong regionalexperience.
• Understand and support theconfidential nature of the position.
• Possessexceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, includingability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timelymanner.
• Detailed and organized to allow forquick and accurate data gathering and analysis. Ability to dealwith high volume email traffic and respond in a timelymanner.
• Able to quickly assimilate informationand provide output.
• Ambitious, proactive, anddetermined with high emotionalintelligence.
