    What We're Looking For
    Provenexperience in a Similar Role with previous Pre-Opening experience in a LuxuryHotel environment is Advantageous.
    Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency inEnglish (Additional languages are a Plus).
    Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Ratedproperties will be Advantageous.

    Physical Fitness with the eEndurance and Resilience to handle demandingtasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.

    Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a'FIVE-Star' Experience for our Guests.
    Flexibility to work a Variety of Shifts, including weekends and holidays,based on the requirements of the Hotel.
    A high level of Professionalism and Integrity, maintaining guestconfidentiality and respecting Privacy at all times.
    A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do' Spirit.
    Key Responsibilities

    Executes Cleaning Duties thoroughly and with precision, following Established Proceduresand Standards to uphold the 'FIVE-Star' ambiance of assigned Guest rooms,suites, and public areas.

    Creates adelightful and welcoming 'Vibe at FIVE' by Making Beds, Changing Linens,Vacuuming Carpets, Dusting Surfaces, and meticulously Cleaning Bathrooms toensure a 'FIVE-Styled' presentation.

    Elevates theroom experience by Replenishing Amenities, Toiletries, and Supplies, ensuringeach room is Fully Stocked and ready for occupancy.

    Demonstrates akeen Eye for Detail, identifying Maintenance Issues, Damages, or Repairs withinrooms and promptly reporting them to the maintenance team.

    Upholds FIVE'sGrooming and Dress Code Standards, presenting a professional appearance at alltimes.

    RespondsPromptly and Courteously to Guests' requests for extra amenities or services,contributing to their overall satisfaction in alignment with Forbes Standards.

    Implements Lostand Found Procedures, reporting any items left behind by guests to the relevantdepartment.

    Participates inTraining Sessions and Meetings to stay abreast of new cleaning techniques, andindustry-leading standards, in alignment with the hotel's Boundary-Breakingpolicies.

    Adheresrigorously to Health and Safety Guidelines, ensuring the well-being of guests,colleagues, and oneself.
