- Enter and update data accurately in university databases and systems (CRM).

- Current student or graduate from Ajman University.
- Very good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
