    • Graduate with a MSc. /Ph.D. from areputable university
    • 5 years'experience with master degree in thefield.
    • Experience in dental clinicalteaching
    • Active MOH license if the duty is inthe clinics.

    ESSENTIALDUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supportingthe mission, goals, policies, and activities of theinstitution.
    • Teaching and training of studentsand interns within the practical sessions (Clinics and labs) at theinstitution and in its affiliated hospitals and healthfacilities.
    • Consulting or engaging in academicactivities that enhance scholarship and professionalism within theinstitution.
    • Adjunct clinical lecturers areexpected to help in demonstrations and to provide the courseinstructor with support in their clinical training and academicactivities.
    • Organize and manage instructionalresources, course outline, and communitynetworks
    • Ensure a respectful and culturallysensitive learning environment in all college-focusedactivities
    • Motivate and inspire confidence inothers (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations topersonal growth and success
    • Actively seek outmethods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course andlesson objectives in the practical part of thecourses
    • Maintain relationships with studentsthat are conducive to learning
    • Performmiscellaneous job-related duties asassigned
