    Strategic Partnership Manager

    Job Purpose

    This role involves proactively identifying and cultivating new partnerships across various sectors, managing the end-to-end partnership process, and overseeing specific client portfolios or regions. It requires building and maintaining strong relationships, customizing offerings, and ensuring accurate client database management. The individual will also forecast sales and partnership activities, act as the primary liaison for potential partners, and collaborate on strategic partnership strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for identifying and generating new partnership opportunities across Business services, Individual benefits, and Channel Partnerships.
    • Manage the partnership process from initiation to execution; creating new prospects, initiating initial meetings, crafting proposals, negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and closing deals.
    • Accountable for specific client portfolios or regions as directed by the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing partners.
    • Customize IWG's range of partnership opportunities to provide tailored offerings to potential partners.
    • Consistently update and manage the client database, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
    • Regularly forecast sales and partnership activities to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and provide status updates in weekly meetings with the broader team.
    • Act as the primary liaison for all potential new partners, engaging and updating other departments when necessary, such as HR, legal, marketing, finance, and hospitality.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to design and implement a results-driven partnership strategy tailored to specific clients and regions.
    • Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including other businesses, agencies, and partners.
    • Set the standard with best practices and processes for achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.
    • Coordinate with the Partnership Onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of all new partners.

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • 5+ years' experience in a similar partnership or business development role.
    • Established track record in forging partnerships or sales, with a network of high-caliber contacts.
    • Demonstrated people management skills.
    • Proven competency in managing and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Profound understanding of brand integration and the role of strategic partnerships in product expansion.
    • Experience in a fast-paced business environment.
    • Demonstrable ability to drive revenue growth.
    • Outcome-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Adaptability to work in a continually evolving global business landscape.
    • Capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
