    About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated individual for a remote position to serve as the Customer Support Specialist.

    The ideal candidate will handle the Customer Support Channel for our MENA-based customers.

    What you'll be doingHelp customers solve their requests via chat (WhatsApp), phone calls and email;Resolve technical issues with an individual approach;Respond to questions, research and troubleshoot issues;Communicate with other departments and partners to find the best solutions;Communicate with customers proactively and be polite, positive, and supportive;Help with the expansion of the knowledge base.

    Who we're looking forOur ideal candidate is based out of UAE.

    Any other location is suitable;Experience in customer support would be considered as advantage;Fluent written and verbal English and Russian language skills;Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Good stress-resistance and ability to work under pressure;Computer with Windows 10 or higher, stable internet connection, headset with a microphone.
