Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Dubai to perform daily tasks that will support our sales operational team.

Job Summary

  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on preparing the offers, managing government tenders.
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files.
  • Develop longterm relationships with customers.
  • Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts.
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination and customer relations.
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Able to work independently with some direction.
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
  • Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.

Salary:
Up to AED3,000.00 per month
