Ø 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office tools preferred excel sheet.
Ø Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
Ø Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ø Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Ø Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
Ø Ability to deal with different personalities.
Ø Good time management skills.
Ø Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Required Details
Ø Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
Ø Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
Ø Updating the database with all the customer's information.
Ø Languages Preferred -
Hindi Mandatory, Other Language - Gujarati, Telegu, Kananda
