Description

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all Customer required stationeries are available
  • Ensuring all customers are attended by Executives
  • Guiding the customers to the departments and the concerns and providing the required information's
  • Handling and solving of all minor complaints of the customer
  • Coordinating with the CS team to deliver required information to the Customer
  • Preparing various reports for CSI review, highlighting areas that needs improvement/Changes and discussing issues
  • Promote occupational health and safety within the organization
  • Switch off all the power consuming equipment and advise the below fellows to do so
  • Make sure all the signage are fixed and clear for the customer and the staff
  • Communicate with the other department for fixing the issues (maintenance, purchase)
  • File transfer report and prepare the file and clearance letter for the students.
  • Handling the storeroom and make the orders for purchase regarding the needs for C.S DEPT.
  • Updating the required QHSE report for the quality dept
  • Check the daily attendance of the customer service staff and make sure that they are on the seat by 07:50 am
  • Preparing the leave paper for the late and absent staff
  • Monitoring the cleanness.
  • Replace the C.S in charge in case of absence
  • Update the complaint report and make sure that the complaints has been solved and updated on the system within the required period

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Language fluency : English, Urudu / Hindi & Arabic will be an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills

Salary:
AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:

- customer service: 6 years (required)
